Yes, no one deserves to be ridiculed for their beliefs, and that is a fundamental part of America. What she deserves to be ridiculed for, however, is her ultra-Christian suggestion that Alaska cannot be strong until all Alaskans invite God into their hearts (see pt 1). That is not only an epitomizing statement of ignorance, it is inappropriate in a nation where church and state are divided. Plus, she's a bad leader with horribly outdated Conservative-Christian ideas. Rejoice that McCain lost.
