what am i smoking? sorry buddy i don't smoke. and i don't know anybody who says "what are you smoking?" anymore besides 4th graders. you must be blind or hard of hearing or something because he definitely DID NOT miss the cymbal. and i don't know if your talking about his left hand at 1:47 but it didn't miss it. it was close to the edge of the cymbal. but definitely did not miss it.

Yeah, he didn't miss the crash at 1:47.
You should be able hear the crash hit although it's a little softer since he used just the tip of the stick (by the way, it's unnecessary to use his left hand since it's too far away but it looks cool...)

By the way, check-out Blink 182 performing First Date on Conan O'Brien (11-29-2000).
You can see Travis missing 1 crash hit during the second chorus and 2 crash hits during the third chorus.
Too much showing off has its disadvantages...
