Meanwhile survivors are struggling to find food and clean water as aid agencies await clearance from the government.

Natural disasters in Myanmar and China. If anyone wanted to put in an insurance claim would they not be classified as ....Acts of God........?Perhaps a higher power out there beyond the heavens is not happy?

The NAVY always has several ships on WestPACS supporting training missions for various multinational elite forces in the Pacific. If Bush wasn't such a "TEXAN", he could easily drop a VTC to the WR on an AGF class. To which the AGF would channel in an OPSEC message to other supply ships in the area. Pick up a shitload of supplies in Thailand, and drop it off at a port in Myanmar. One ship could provide thousands of people the supplies they need in a matter of 2 days.

The only reason we (the USA) are so interested in "helping" Myanmar is to get in and get our hooks into the country for thier oil.
Myanmar Oil and Gas topped export earnings with $2.16 billion from gas last year....and they've recently discovered some very lucrative offshore oil fields.
Myanmar has held off the rest of the world for long enough.. We aren't going to take it anymore.... .LET US IN!!!!

There are millions of average americans who REALLY DO want to help. It is our government, corporations & religions that are drooling over this disaster. The fascist way is to get a toe in the door & take over..for money. Stuff. Most americans are NOT like Carl Rove. He says ANY disaster is an opportunity for the wealthy. He framed the policy here for Katrina's victims...martial law, racism, classism and a land grab for the "base". PEACE.

I understand. Voting isn't going to work because nearly all politicians are inherant greedy liars. A ten million person march on Washington might open the door for taking back the country. Though no government that I know of intercedes without its' own interests, would you agree that $2.16 billion "last year" is a drop in the oil barrel? We helped in Chernobyl, no oil there. We are giving aid to China. Maybe we plan to put troops in the Wolong Giant Panda Reserve?
