Kanye's message is supperficial, useless, ignorant and most of all misleading. well... i only read the first few comments and one down the page, so here is my opinion. I think what most people didnt expect or maybe not even realize is this is def poeTRY, not def POEM it was poetic but not a poem but thats ok.

I never really had an opinion about Kanye because I never listen to contemporary hip-hop since it's too superficial. I was just looking through the Def Poetry vids and I just happened to stumble upon this video. I was shocked by how many people reveered this crap, so I just couldn't help myself but to comment on how stupid this shit was compared to e.g. Black Ice who got less than half the reverence he deserves.
