4. Vitamin C 500MG #1-2 tabs daily
5. Alba Papaya Enzyme Facial Mask 1X/wk
6. Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask 2-3X/wk
7. Thermaclear
8. Origins Spot Remover
9. Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment
** Fish Oil for omega 3 fatty acids. #1 Tab Daily

i use clinique too. liquid facial soap. isnt it good? and moisture surge!!! this is amazig stuff i think. after using this stuff i feel that my skin become more softer than before. lol what a nice cosmetic science hah?

nope not exactly.. asians skins are very VERY sensitive and can easily be scarred (and it takes a LONG time to get rid of the scars!) its because asian skin is less thick...
my skin (i'm asian) used to be very good... but now I am just like you.. black heads, white heads, pimples, scars, reddish areas around my nose etc.

well all you can do is try.. and when u get the rite products. it can only get better. =D oh yh this advice for everyone! dnt always listen to ppl products.. cus everyone skin in different. its true but htey are helpful!

Don't worry, lots of vitamin C won't hurt anyone. :] If you take too much for your body to handle, you just pee it out. It's harmless. It's vitamin A and iron and things like that you need to worry about.
