Creation is an historic account of what actually happened and it can never be disproved because that is what happened. People have been trying for thousands of years to make up stories to replace the account of Creation but the stories are never good enough to replace the historical account.
The point is that NO SINGLE OBSERVER is or CAN BE objective. That's why science requires that evidence is INDEPENDENTLY verifiable: that all observers report observing the same thing, no matter what their preconceptions or beliefs. ONLY then can it be admitted as evidence. How many times do I have to repeat this?
I cannot, and 99% of the scientific community cannot. How would it be measured? What tests can be done to verify it? All design inferences that we can be certain of are due to our knowledge of the (human) designer, design process and purpose - we have none of these of your supposed supernatural designer - to start with!
Evolution is observed. Take samples from a population, and take note of the frequencies of specific traits. Now repeat the sampling regularly at an interval exceeding one life cycle. Note the changes in frequencies. You are observing evolution. Seeing it is how we know it happens.

Many times they are. The claim that a mutation can lead to a viable variation is easily testable, and has been confirmed many times - both in nature and in labs.

What you claim to have seen personally is not evidence, so I'll disregard this unless you can produce some medical records.
The scientific theory:
* Observation
* Hypothesis
* Test
* Publication
* Verification (peer review and replication).

Since science, in contrast to religion, doesn't contain sacred dogmas which may not be challenged by new evidence, it's open to constant improvement.
Creationism on the other hand, is entirely rigid and has consequently either empiric evidence nor observations in support and consequently not even a valid hypothesis. It can't explain anything, since it totally lack any valid answers.

Anything mutations can do, mutations can undo. Some mutations add information to a genome, some subtract it. Mutation is the only natural process that adds variation to populations. Selection and genetic drift remove variation. If mutations did not create new variation, there would now be little or no variation to select from.
DNA could for instance have evolved gradually from a simpler replicator; RNA is a likely candidate, since it can catalyze its own duplication. The RNA itself could have had simpler precursors, such as peptide nucleic acids. A deoxyribozyme can both catalyze its own replication and function to cleave RNA, all without any protein enzymes.
Empirically prove that please.
