I'm from Jersey and I lived in ATL for a while,and I learned that there are a lot Conscience Emcee's but just like anywhere else they be held back and only wackest is heard. There are many good rappers. but there are a lot of bullshit-n ass rappers. BUT I got to say all that wack shit from the south was a Huge BLESSING to Hip Hop.
