i like all dogs, BUT keep pits or any other dogs that can be people aggresive for that matter, THE FUCK AWAY FROM KIDS!! how dumb some people are?! stop making excuses that only owners are responsible, sure some are, but there are tons of dogs born with stronbg temperament and owner has nothing to say to make dog respect everyone, they especially go for kids because they are small and easily dominated in dogs mind. i would trust my shepherd with my life, but i dont trust it with my kids! grow up

Second what was the boy doing to the anything or nothing? Ok they said the dog was on the porch, so was the dog protecting his owners home? Now how many news papers and news channels was this attack on because the "Pitbull" name popped up? I didnt see any news reporters come to my house when my brother got attacked Lab Mix aka Lab.

I have had 3 pits in my lifetime..each of them were just big babies..I hate when ppl have automatic opinions of a dog when they hear it is a pit..not ALL pits are aggressive..it totally depends on the owner. ANY breed of dog can be aggressive..if that's how you raise them. They don't just automatically become that when they are born lmao some ppl are so stupid that it's funny

It is all in how they are raised, they need to be well socialized when they are babies and people wouldn't run into these problems. And also before you get a dog no matter what the breed do your homework on it. Even if it is a pit rottie mix read up on both breeds and see it is the right breed for you. A lot of people get pitts because they want a good guard dog (which they are) but don't realize they have extreme energy and have to get rid of it some how.
