From all of the metal versions I've heard of this song, this one actually had the most potential. All of the instruments/vocals sound good individually, but the timing is way off. If you guys got a little tighter and really worked on each phrase this version would be sick. I would do that and re-record.
Also, you should work Punk or Metal... not both. It sounds like you guys are trying to play OVER each other opposed from Blending your styles.
All in all, good job, music isn't easy.
