Original is faraway better, and Avril's voice is modularized in studio, because i've seen her live in 2003 and her voice sucks, she's not able to hang it all along a concert, and she's not able to sing correctly too. Whatever if she was singing punkrock, but when it's pop music, it's just a real matter for ya.

Don't know why she keeps on making these covers. When you do so, you should... impress the public. An artist certainly gained a reputation with such song, the least you could do is not just "singing," and not so well. Make it yours, Avril.

I think the voice she has now is too polished. If that makes sense. Considering the fact that this was from her school days and it's live, I think she did an okay job.
